Are return shipping costs covered?
Return shipping costs are not covered by LAIF DESIGN, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective.
If the return is due to damage or defect, we will cover all return shipping costs.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective,
please contact us via our Contact Us form or email us at support@laifdesign.com within 7 days of delivery.
Once the issue is verified, we will promptly send a brand-new replacement at no additional cost.
In these cases, all return shipping costs are fully covered by LAIF DESIGN.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and passes our quality assurance inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days after inspection is completed.
Is there a cancellation or restocking fee?
Yes. A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds.
This fee covers non-refundable transaction processing fees charged by Shopify.
